  2019年华为被美国制裁，被制裁后华为被撤销了蓝牙技术联盟会员身份。华为荣耀20推出一个“超级蓝牙技术”，相比于普通蓝牙时延更低传输距离更远更稳定。

  华为决定自己成立类似蓝牙技术联盟的无线技术组织，名字为绿牙联盟，这就是星闪联盟（Sparklink）的前身。

  星闪联盟是致力于全球化的产业联盟，目标是推动新一代无线短距通信技术SparkLink的创新和产业生态，承载智能汽车、智能家居、智能终端和智能制造等快速发展的新场景应用，满足极致性能需求。
