示波器的探头寿命不好说，取决于使用环境和方法。 标准对于探头没有明确的计量规定，但是对于无源探头，至少在更换探头，探头交换通道的时候，必须进行探头补偿调整。所有有源探头在使用前应该有至少 20 分钟的预热，有 的有源探头和电流探头需要进行零点漂移调整。
